Since 2023, Chris Corzo Injury Attorneys has given out 500 free backpacks filled with school supplies and ice cream to local students in Baton Rouge and Gonzales, Louisiana.
Each summer, the firm hosts this Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway to help families get ready for the new school year and to celebrate the start of the firm’s anniversary season.

What began in 2023 with 100 backpacks has grown into a community tradition. In 2024, the firm gave away 200 backpacks, and this year, another 200 were handed out to smiling students.

Every year, the event brings together families from Ascension Parish and East Baton Rouge Parish for a day of care, fun, and encouragement.
At the event, kids enjoy free ice cream, meet the Team Corzo staff, and take home brand-new backpacks packed with the supplies they need. Parents appreciate the support, especially during a time when school costs can add up.
